Angela Weight

Angela Weight is a freelance feature and humor writer as well as stay-at-home mom of Andrew, age 7 and Jack, 3. Raised in a Christian home in Middle Georgia, Angela knew from an early age that she wanted to become a writer. After getting a little sidetracked, spending a few years in marketing and public relations, she now gets to write about the topics she loves in regional parenting magazines, inspirational publications and her blogging. When she’s not playing hide-n-seek, volunteering in a preschool classroom or working on the latest, greatest parenting article, Angela writes humor material, dabbles in stand up comedy and does motivational speaking on topics like the amazing power of gratitude and everyday faith.

She and her husband James and their boys live in Dublin, Georgia. They also have a dog, Kelly and a cat, Anakin Sky-kitty.
