Changes Bring Me Closer to My God

As I grow older, my physical body weakens with age and disease. But I find joy in those changes. My gray hairs reflect Your glory, for they are grown out of my life's delights. They are a shining example of the natural beauty of Your light. The slowing of my physical body gives me more time to reflect upon You. I can never get enough of You, Lord. As age replaces my youth, I have more time to sit quietly and reflect upon Your love for me and all of the wonders You have shared with me through my walk on this earth. Your gifts of love are far greater than anything else upon this earth. And someday when I am with You, I know that I shall be transformed to be like You forever more. Thank You for Your glorious grace upon me.
